Ronan’s Recording Buffet is a fun informal gathering of recording enthusiast to network, make friends, share recording knowledge and food with other people that love recording as much as we do. This was started as a chance to ask Ronan Chris Murphy audio and recording questions, but has evolved into an event to share ideas and opinion with lovers of recording at any level.
ALL YOU CAN EAT AUDIO HANG
Next Buffet is April 16, 3013 at 8pm at one of my favorite places to eat in LA: Bella Vista Brazilian Pizza in Culver City, CA. It has a huge selection of Brazilian Pizza (which is quite a bit different than Italian pizza) served similar to Brazilian BBQ. Lots of options for carnivores and vegetarians. Cost is $14.99 plus drinks, tips etc. We will be reserving space at this popular restaurant so PLEASE RSVP BELOW!
Who can attend?
Anyone interested in music recording. It does not matter if you just started playing around with garage band or have Grammy Awards for engineering. If you love recording and good food, you are welcome.
Where are they held?
They will be held at a buffet geographically close to where ever Ronan happens to have a day off. Since he travels a lot this could be anywhere around the US, Europe or Asia. Our love of indie business makes us try to plan them at unique indie restaurants.
How much does it cost?
It is free except for what ever the restaurant charges for the food (and drink). You pay for your own food.
Why are they always at Buffets?
Because they are buffets for goodness sake!! Who could not love that?!?!?!?
How do I sign up?
Please RSVP here at least 24 hours in advance of the Buffet so that we can reserve the right amount of space.
